1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ggmarket (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to create an account and trade items on ggmarket.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Items and Pricing

All items are listed in Uzbek soms (UZS). Prices include all applicable platform and processing fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through licensed Uzbekistan payment providers (Click, Payme, Uzcard). Refund eligibility follows the order-status matrix described in our refund policy and may be limited once an item is delivered.

6. Steam Account Linking

To complete purchases, you may need to link a Steam account. We follow Steam's published trade-hold rules; in particular, accounts without Steam Guard mobile authenticator face Steam's seven-day hold on incoming trades.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful activity, (b) attempt to bypass our trade or fraud-detection systems, (c) transfer your account to another person without our consent, or (d) misrepresent items you list for sale.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, breach our anti-fraud policies, or pose risk to other users. Pending orders may be cancelled or refunded at our discretion.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular item will be available at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tashkent city.
